Kayla Hedrick
Life is better when you’re laughing. Kayla brings an infectious laugh and a dry sense of humor to her work through Grit. She has nearly two decades of agriculture experience and she loves to take on new challenges.
Kayla is more likely to say “why?” than “yes” upon first request. She wants to understand the reasons for a project to make it better, not just check a box.
She’s intense and a little gritty. But, at the end of the day, she takes shared ownership in the projects she completes for her clients.
She’s done the agency thing. She’s been the client. She understands your perspective and what you’re looking for in a partner.

A livestock girl at heart, Lisa brings a wealth of experience to the team including working with commodities and county fairs. She has agency and publishing experience, as well as association management.
